We are currently unable to process any returns for any items shipped to any destination at this time. Because we make periodic back-ups of information, we may not be able to completely delete your former details, but we will not use them for any promotional and/or customer contact reasons. To change or revise any of the personal information we hold about you, just drop us an email.
Koita users are given the option of registering for our newsletter and other news about special offers and deals. If, at any time, you prefer not to receive email marketing information from us please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email OR contact us at email@example.com and instruct us to remove your email address from our database. For us to be able to do so, please include your email address in the body of your email and write “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.” We will process your request as soon as we can. In this way you are modifying your Koita account settings, rather than cancelling your membership. If you wish to cancel your Koita account, please send our Customer Services department an email – with the words ‘Cancel Account’ in the title. Your account will be cancelled and we will delete all personal details that we have stored about you within 28 days. However, we are not responsible for contacting and/ or deleting the personal details about you that we have shared with our trusted partners.
