Stuffed Dates With Chocolate
Quick question? Is there anything that chocolate can’t make better? We don’t think so!
And if you show chocolate two ways- covered or drizzling the cream and pistachio-filled dates with it, and topped with more pistachio, how can we not be floored by it! Absolutely delish! Recipe by @HungryYoungWoman on Instagram
INGREDIENTS
- Koita Cooking Cream
- Dates
- Pistachio Nuts
- Crushed pistachio
- Melted chocolate
DIRECTIONS
Preparation:
- Remove the dates’ seeds
- Slightly cut the dates in the middle (lengthwise) to create a slit
- Fill the dates with pistachio nuts and Koita cooking cream
- Put a toothpick through the stuffed dates so they won’t break apart
- Top or coat the stuffed dates with melted chocolate then chill it
Plating:
- Put the stuffed dates on the serving plate
- Put sliced pistachio as toppings
- Indulge in a chocolate coated delight
