STRAWBERRY MILK POPSICLES
This bubble milk tea recipe is a great way to enjoy Koita Rice Milk! Using boba pearls, make bubble tea from the comfort of your home that tastes just like the real deal.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pcs 200ml Strawberry Low Fat Cow Milk
- 5-10 ripe strawberries
- 8 popsicle molds
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Hull the strawberries and add them to a food processor. If using, add the ice cream at this point. Blend until the strawberries are finely chopped. Transfer the chopped strawberries to a pouring jug and combine with the Strawberry Milk. Fill the moulds with strawberry milk mixture and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or until fully set. To remove the popsicles, dunk the moulds in warm water for 20 seconds.
