  • 1 ½  tsp baking powder
  • 1 ½  tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup Koita Whole Milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar (let sit 5–10 mins)
  • 1½ cups blueberries

Toppings:

  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ cup butter, room temperature
