INGREDIENTS:
Muffins:
- ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup Koita Whole Milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice or white vinegar (let sit 5–10 mins)
- 1½ cups blueberries
Toppings:
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ cup butter, room temperature
