Healthy Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Koita Lactose-Free Low Fat Milk
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tsp honey or date syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat the Koita Lactose-Free Milk over low heat in a saucepan.
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
  3. Add sweetener, vanilla, and a pinch of salt if using.
  4. Continue to heat gently until warm and smooth.
  5. Pour into a mug and enjoy.
