
Healthy Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Koita Lactose-Free Low Fat Milk
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-2 tsp honey or date syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat the Koita Lactose-Free Milk over low heat in a saucepan.
- Whisk in cocoa powder until fully dissolved.
- Add sweetener, vanilla, and a pinch of salt if using.
- Continue to heat gently until warm and smooth.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy.
