Cake
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 1/2 cup Koita Almond milk
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup or agave nectar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- Dairy-free whipping cream for topping
- Strawberry slices for topping
Milk Sauce:
- 2 cup Koita Almond Milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar
- 3 tbsp arrowroot powder or cornstarch (mixed with 2 tbsp water to make slurry)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
